Lauranne is Head of Finance at LiveOak Ventures and has been a finance professional in private equity for over 20 years.
Prior to LiveOak, Lauranne was CFO and Chief Compliance Officer for CenterGate Capital, a middle market private equity firm where she led the firm’s financial reporting and compliance oversight. Before CenterGate Capital, she was a Managing General Partner and CFO for G-51 Capital, an early-stage technology venture capital firm, and was responsible for finance, operations and portfolio company management. The start of her career began with Ernst & Young in their assurance practice.
Lauranne received her MBA and BBA from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and holds a CPA license.
